SENTINEL TOUCH™ DETECTION GLOVES
PRE-ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Last Updated: September 6, 2026

IMPORTANT: SENTINEL TOUCH™ DETECTION GLOVES ARE PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS.
THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE SHIPMENT.

EXPECTED SHIPPING WINDOW: MARCH 1–31, 2027

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing
merchandise for future shipment and that payment will be collected when
your order is placed.

1. SELLER

For purposes of these Pre-Order Terms and Conditions, “Seller” means:

[DetectionGloves.com]

Sentinel Touch™ Detection Gloves are marketed through DetectionGloves.com.

Seller contact information:

Direct Contact: J.C. Sheppard

Email: Js@thefentanyltest.com

Phone: 412-330-8586

2. PRE-ORDER STATUS

Sentinel Touch™ Detection Gloves are currently in development,
pre-commercial production preparation, manufacturing preparation,
validation, and/or production scheduling.

A pre-order is a purchase of merchandise that is not presently available
for immediate shipment.

Payment for a pre-order will be processed at the time the order is placed,
unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout.

3. EXPECTED SHIPPING WINDOW

Sentinel Touch™ pre-orders are expected to ship during:

MARCH 1–31, 2027

Shipment is expected to begin no earlier than March 2027.

“Shipment” means that the ordered merchandise has been physically placed
in the possession of the shipping carrier for delivery to the customer.

The March 2027 shipping representation is based upon Seller’s current
development, manufacturing, sourcing, quality-control, supply-chain,
production-capacity, and fulfillment plans.

The March 2027 shipping window is not a guarantee that an order will be
delivered to the customer on a particular day during March 2027.

Actual delivery occurs after shipment and may be affected by carrier
transit times, destination, weather, customs, governmental action, or
other transportation circumstances outside Seller’s control.

4. PAYMENT AT TIME OF PRE-ORDER

Unless otherwise expressly disclosed at checkout, the entire purchase
price, together with applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other
disclosed charges, will be charged when the pre-order is submitted.

The customer acknowledges that payment is being made before the product
is available for shipment.

Acceptance of payment does not change the March 2027 expected shipping
window.

5. RIGHT TO CANCEL BEFORE SHIPMENT

A customer may cancel an unshipped Sentinel Touch™ pre-order at any time
before the merchandise is shipped.

Cancellation may be requested through:

[INSERT CANCELLATION URL / EMAIL / CUSTOMER SERVICE METHOD]

Customers will not be required to accept store credit in place of a
refund for a cancelled unshipped pre-order.

If an entire unshipped order is cancelled, the customer will receive a
refund of the full amount paid for that order, including applicable
shipping, handling, or other charges paid for the unshipped merchandise.

6. IF THE MARCH 2027 SHIPPING WINDOW CANNOT BE MET

If Seller learns that an order cannot be shipped within the stated
March 1–31, 2027 shipping window, Seller will provide the affected
customer with a delay notice before expiration of the applicable promised
shipping period.

The delay notice will clearly state:

(a) that the order has been delayed;

(b) the new expected shipping date or shipping window, if Seller has a
reasonable basis for providing one;

(c) if no revised shipping date can reasonably be provided, that Seller
is unable to provide a definite revised shipping date;

(d) that the customer may cancel the unshipped order and receive a full
and prompt refund; and

(e) a method, at no cost to the customer, for accepting the revised
shipping schedule or cancelling the order.

7. AFFIRMATIVE CONSENT TO ANY DELAY

As a policy applicable to Sentinel Touch™ pre-orders, Seller will require
AFFIRMATIVE CUSTOMER CONSENT before maintaining an order beyond the
original March 2027 shipping window.

Seller will not treat a customer’s silence or failure to respond as
consent to a shipment delay beyond March 2027.

If Seller cannot ship within the March 2027 shipping window and does not
receive the customer’s affirmative agreement to the revised shipping
schedule, the affected unshipped order will be cancelled and refunded.

This policy is intended to provide customers with protections at least as
strong as those required by applicable federal law.

8. ADDITIONAL OR SUBSEQUENT DELAYS

If a customer affirmatively agrees to a revised shipping date and Seller
later determines that the order cannot be shipped by that revised date,
Seller will provide another delay notice before the revised shipping
deadline expires.

The customer must affirmatively agree to any further extension.

If affirmative consent to the additional delay is not received, the
affected unshipped order will be cancelled and promptly refunded.

9. INDEFINITE DELAYS

If Seller cannot reasonably provide a definite revised shipping date,
the customer will be informed of that fact and the reason for the delay.

The customer will be offered the choice to:

(a) affirmatively agree to continue waiting; or

(b) cancel the order for a full and prompt refund.

A customer who affirmatively agrees to an indefinite delay may still
cancel the unshipped order at any time before shipment.

10. ORDERS SELLER CANNOT FULFILL

If Seller determines that an ordered product cannot be manufactured,
supplied, or fulfilled, Seller will cancel the affected unshipped order
and issue a full refund.

Seller will not substitute another product or materially different
configuration without the customer’s agreement.

11. REFUND TIMING

When a refund is required under applicable law or these Pre-Order Terms,
Seller will issue the refund promptly.

For payments made through a third-party payment method, Seller intends to
initiate any FTC-required refund no later than seven (7) working days
after the customer’s right to the refund arises, subject to any additional
time required by the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment processor
to post the refund.

Nothing in these Terms permits Seller to delay a refund beyond any shorter
period required by applicable law.

12. AMOUNT OF REFUND

When an entire unshipped order must be refunded, Seller will refund the
full amount paid for the unshipped merchandise, together with applicable
shipping, handling, insurance, or other charges paid in connection with
that unshipped merchandise.

A required monetary refund will not be replaced with store credit, a
voucher, coupon, promotional credit, or credit toward a future purchase
unless the customer independently chooses such an alternative after the
right to a monetary refund has arisen.

13. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

Seller will not intentionally divide a pre-order into partial shipments
unless partial shipment is commercially reasonable and permitted by the
customer’s order.

If only part of an order can be fulfilled and the remaining merchandise
is cancelled, the customer will receive the appropriate refund for all
unshipped merchandise and any related charges that must be refunded under
applicable law.

14. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND FINAL PRODUCTION

Sentinel Touch™ is a product under development and pre-commercial
production preparation.

Prototype photographs, renderings, packaging concepts, sensing-zone
appearance, manufacturing details, and other non-material design features
may differ from the final commercial product.

Prototype images are identified as prototypes and are not representations
that commercial production units are presently available.

Target performance specifications disclosed during the pre-sale remain
subject to final production validation where expressly identified as
development targets.

15. MATERIAL PRODUCT CHANGES

Seller may make non-material refinements necessary for manufacturing,
quality control, durability, packaging, labeling, or production.

Seller will not knowingly replace the ordered product with a materially
different product or materially reduce the ordered detection
configuration without notifying the affected customer.

If a proposed change materially affects the product purchased, the
customer will be given the option to accept the modified product or
cancel the affected unshipped order for a full refund.

16. QUANTITIES

Unless otherwise expressly stated on the applicable product page,
quantities advertised and purchased through DetectionGloves.com represent
INDIVIDUAL GLOVES, NOT PAIRS.

Available pre-sale allocations may include:

250 gloves
500 gloves
1,000 gloves
2,000 gloves
2,500 gloves
5,000 gloves

The exact quantity and product configuration shown in the customer’s
order confirmation controls that order.

17. CUSTOMER ORDER INFORMATION

The customer is responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping,
contact, size, quantity, and product-selection information.

If additional information reasonably necessary to fulfill the order is
missing, Seller may contact the customer to obtain it.

The customer should promptly notify Seller of any change to the shipping
address before shipment.

18. COMMUNICATIONS REGARDING PRE-ORDERS

Customers agree that Seller may use the email address, telephone number,
or other contact information supplied with the order to provide
transactional communications concerning:

order status;
production status;
shipping;
delays;
requests for consent to revised shipping dates;
cancellation;
refunds; and
other information necessary to fulfill or administer the pre-order.

Customers are responsible for maintaining current contact information.

19. NO WAIVER OF LEGAL RIGHTS

Nothing in these Pre-Order Terms waives, limits, disclaims, or restricts
any right that cannot legally be waived under the Federal Trade Commission
Act, the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule,
applicable state consumer-protection law, or other applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer right,
the mandatory legal requirement will control.

20. FTC SHIPPING COMPLIANCE

Seller intends to administer Sentinel Touch™ pre-orders in accordance with
the Federal Trade Commission’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order
Merchandise Rule, 16 C.F.R. Part 435.

Among other requirements, Seller will maintain a reasonable basis for its
shipping representations, provide required notices when a promised
shipping period cannot be met, provide customers with appropriate
cancellation options, obtain consent to delays when required, and issue
prompt refunds when required.

21. ORDER RECORDS

Seller may retain records reasonably necessary to document the pre-order,
including:

the date the order was placed;
the product and quantity ordered;
the shipping representation shown at purchase;
the version of these Pre-Order Terms applicable to the purchase;
the customer’s acknowledgment of the pre-order terms;
payment information and transaction identifiers;
delay notices;
customer consent to any delay;
cancellation requests;
refund dates and amounts; and
shipping and tracking information.

22. REQUIRED PRE-ORDER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Before completing a Sentinel Touch™ pre-order, the customer must
affirmatively acknowledge the pre-order status and future shipping period.

The required acknowledgment states:

“I understand this is a pre-order, payment is due now, and shipping will
not begin until March 2027!”

23. ENTIRE PRE-ORDER TERMS

These Pre-Order Terms, together with the customer’s order confirmation and
any policies expressly incorporated into the transaction, govern the
pre-order purchase.

Nothing contained in another website policy will be interpreted to
eliminate or reduce the cancellation, delay-notice, consent, or refund
rights expressly provided by these Pre-Order Terms or applicable law.
